3. Eligibility and Application
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or apply to work with us. Submitting an application does not create a business relationship. We review every application individually and reserve the right to accept or decline any creator at our sole discretion.
4. Creator Responsibilities
Creators working with AMOR are responsible for the content they produce, for complying with the terms of any platform they use, and for providing accurate information during onboarding. You retain ownership of your original content; we do not claim ownership of your intellectual property unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
During our working relationship, both parties may share confidential business information. Each party agrees to keep such information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Payments and Fees
Service fees, revenue-share arrangements, and billing terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Specific payment terms are governed by the separate agreement signed between AMOR and each creator.
7. Termination
Either party may end the working relationship according to the termination provisions in the signed service agreement. Upon termination, each party remains responsible for obligations that accrued before the termination date.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Past creator results shown on the site are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance for any individual creator.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMOR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services, or from any third-party platform actions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
